Born and raised in Collin County Texas, except for attending The University of North Texas in Denton, County. Joe moved from Allen to Fairview in 2017 where his family has been highly engaged in our community.

He has held multiple Board positions in both the Fairview and Allen communities and is a proud graduate of both the Allen/Fairview Leadership Program and the Texas Real Estate Commission Leadership Program.

Joe has been a mortgage banker for 26 years and works for a well-respected National Mortgage Lender, headquartered in Allen, TX as VP of Community Engagement and a Senior Loan Officer. He has been named D Magazine’s Top Mortgage Lender for the past 9 years, 5 Star Professional for the past 6 years, and received many other professional recognitions.

When not engaged in our community, Joe can be found at his farm in northeast Texas “keeping it country.”

Proud father of 1 son, two daughters, and recently became a grandfather.

Joe was inspired by his teenage daughter to enter political office.
