Dr. Bill Parker was elected as a Trustee in May of 2023. Dr. Parker and his wife, Laura, have two children living at home. One attends Allen ISD while the other attends Frisco ISD. Dr. Parker also has an adult daughter who resides in Allen with her family. Dr. Parker is a member of the Allen Sunrise Rotary Club, the Allen ISD Council of PTAs, and the PTA Used Book Fair Committee.

He also volunteers at Ford Middle School.

Dr. Parker is a campus administrator in Richardson ISD. He began his work there in 2007 and has served as a teacher, instructional coach, administrator, and district director. Dr. Parker holds a Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership and a Master’s in Administration from Lamar University. His undergraduate degree is in nursing from Arkansas Tech University.
