Sonia Allen is the interim principal of Carroll Peak Elementary School. A 26-year educator with 19 years in Fort Worth ISD, Allen has led at the campus level as assistant principal, dean of instruction, and data analyst at Dunbar High School; assistant principal at the Leadership Academy at Forest Oak Middle School; and Algebra Readiness coach at Morningside Middle School. Allen holds a B.S. in Mathematics from TCU and a master’s in Educational Leadership from Concordia University–Austin. Her focus at Carroll Peak is simple: safe classrooms, consistent expectations, and learning that moves every child forward.
