Specific funding percentages, grant amounts, allocations, eligibility requirements, and program structures may change and will be described separately on the Website or in the rules applicable to a particular program.
Path to Unity is an independent private company.
It is not a government agency, election authority, political party, campaign organization, or official government voting system.
Votes, polls, surveys, rankings, discussions, and other participation conducted through Path to Unity are Path to Unity community-engagement activities unless expressly stated otherwise.

Path to Unity may provide profiles, discussion areas, interviews, or other features involving elected officials, candidates, community leaders, public issues, or governmental matters.
The presence of a person, organization, viewpoint, political party, candidate, or issue on Path to Unity does not constitute an endorsement by Path to Unity.
Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, Path to Unity does not endorse political candidates or political parties.
Users are responsible for forming their own opinions and making their own civic and political decisions.
Certain features require an account.
When creating or maintaining an account, you agree to:
We may use reasonable verification procedures to confirm identity, residence, eligibility, organizational affiliation, or other information when necessary for voting, grants, profile claims, promotions, payments, or platform integrity.
Path to Unity may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account that violates these Terms, threatens platform security, involves fraud or unlawful conduct, or materially disrupts the community.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account unless a different minimum age is stated for a particular service.
Certain features, promotions, memberships, payments, grants, contracts, or events may be limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old.

Path to Unity does not guarantee that information obtained from public sources will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Users may be able to submit comments, proposals, photographs, videos, messages, ideas, votes, reviews, questions, or other material (“User Content”).

Path to Unity may establish rules intended to protect voting integrity, including identity verification, geographic eligibility, voting limits, anti-fraud procedures, and account verification.
Path to Unity may invalidate votes that reasonably appear to involve fraud, duplicate identities, bots, automated systems, manipulation, or violations of published voting rules.

Path to Unity may verify applicants, organizations, proposed uses of funds, project budgets, tax information, legal status, and other information before distributing funds.
Grant recipients may be required to sign a separate grant agreement and provide documentation showing how funds were used.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize Path to Unity and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide at the disclosed billing interval until you cancel.
You may cancel a recurring membership using the cancellation method provided through your account or Website or by contacting Path to Unity.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges but ordinarily does not result in a refund of charges already properly incurred, except when required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

If the Official Rules for a promotion conflict with these Terms regarding that promotion, the Official Rules will control.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:

At public or Path to Unity-hosted events, photography or recording may occur.
Where reasonable, notices may be posted informing attendees that photography or recording is taking place.
Path to Unity will obtain additional permission where required by applicable law or where the nature of the production makes a separate release appropriate.
