Welcome to the Precinct 3 Justice Court of Tarrant County. We serve our community by addressing a wide range of legal matters, including evictions, civil small claims, debt cases, Class C Misdemeanors such as traffic or boating violations, and truancy. In addition to these cases, our court handles various administrative hearings related to towing, property seizures, driver’s license suspensions, handgun license revocations, and essential needs licenses. Our commitment is to act as a conservator of the peace, delivering fair, efficient, and effective adjudication and resolution of conflict and treating every person as someone made in the image and likeness of God.
