An educator of 17 years, Victoria Youngblood-Baldwin is the principal at MacArthur High School.
“I am humbled and honored to be chosen to continue the tradition of excellence with MacArthur High School,” says Youngblood-Baldwin. “My passion is supporting students and staff by helping them find their pathway to achieving success through a culture of collaboration and support. I am excited to partner with the Irving ISD community as we continue to positively impact our students and build relationships. Go Cards!”
Youngblood-Baldwin began her career in education as an English and AVID teacher at Irving High School. She also taught English at Bowie Middle School. She then served as an AVID coordinator in Grapevine-Colleyville ISD for a year before transitioning to AVID co-coordinator and dean of students at Irving High for two years. She was most recently an assistant principal at Arlington High School in Arlington ISD for seven years.
Youngblood-Baldwin earned a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Education from the University of Texas at Arlington
