I am truly honored and excited to write this letter as the newly named principal of Highlands Elementary School. Prior to joining Longhorn Nation, I spent 15 years in Grand Prairie ISD, where I served in several leadership and instructional roles.

My motto is “All means all” and I believe that every student deserves an opportunity to learn and grow. As principal of Highlands Elementary, I will provide a supportive climate and culture conducive to teaching and learning so each scholar and teacher can experience growth to their highest potential.

At Highlands, parent and community partnerships play an important role in school and scholar success, and I am excited to work with all stakeholders in our school community this year. As your new principal, I know that together, we can make Highlands a place where all scholars are challenged, empowered, and experience growth.

I am looking forward to meeting the new faces of our scholars and hearing about their summer adventures!
