Todd Allen proudly serves as the principal of Irving High School. Now in his 21st year in education, he brings a wealth of experience, passion, and a deep commitment to student success.
Mr. Allen has spent the past 13 years in Irving ISD, including 12 years at Irving High School, where he has served in multiple leadership roles and built strong relationships with students, staff, and families. His longstanding dedication to this campus and community reflects his belief in the power of public education to transform lives.
A proud graduate of Trinity University, Mr. Allen holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He later earned his master’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Mr. Allen is married to Dr. Lauren Allen, and together they are the proud parents of two awesome children, Harper and Sam. They are passionate supporters of public education.
In his free time, Mr. Allen enjoys watching football, running, and traveling.
As principal, Mr. Allen is focused on fostering a strong academic culture, supporting teacher excellence, and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for all students. He is honored to lead Irving High and excited to continue building on the school’s proud traditions.
