I am a proud Venezuelan, father, and husband, with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, majoring in Marketing, and have been in education for over 9 years. As the principal of the Giraffes at Downtown Montessori at Ida B Wells Academy, my focus is on fostering a safe, nurturing environment for our students while maintaining a balance between the needs of teachers, parents, and students. I am a relationship-centered leader who believes in the power of connections and the importance of modeling the behaviors we wish to see in others. I am committed to showing that balance between work and family life, ensuring our community thrives both inside and outside the classroom.
