I am truly honored to serve as the principal of Harry Stone Montessori Academy, a community with a special place in my heart. My educational journey began as a proud student of the Dallas Independent School District, and it was here that I received the support and guidance of dedicated teachers and administrators who ignited my passion for learning. I am now privileged to give back to the community that was pivotal in shaping who I am today.
My journey as an educator has been deeply rewarding. It began in Anchorage, Alaska, where I started my public school teaching career. Upon returning to Texas, I continued my passion for education and taught for several years in the Dallas Independent School District. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of serving as Associate Principal for one year, Assistant Principal for three years, and Principal for eight years here at Harry Stone Montessori Academy—a school that means so much to me, as it was once my junior high school as well!
Serving as the leader of the only Montessori and International Baccalaureate public school in Texas is an absolute privilege. I am deeply committed to upholding the high standards of education that have made Harry Stone Montessori Academy unique. I’m excited about the amazing things we will achieve together as we continue to pursue excellence and create a bright future for our students.
As we embark on this exciting journey together, I am eager to continue collaborating with our incredible staff, engaged students, supportive parents, and caring community. Every day, we strive to create a nurturing environment where each child can thrive, grow, and become the leaders of tomorrow. Together, we will work toward our shared vision of being World-Class Scholars: Ascending Towards Excellence and Beyond!
Thank you for your continued support, and I look forward to all we will accomplish as a community.
