My name is Michele Zupa, and I am honored to serve as the principal of Richardson Terrace Elementary. This year marks my 10th year in this role and my 30th year in education, including 27 years proudly spent in Richardson ISD. Prior to joining Terrace Elementary, I had the privilege of serving as principal at both Thurgood Marshall Elementary and Greenwood Hills Elementary. Throughout my career, I have also served as a teacher, reading specialist, master teacher, and assistant principal.

My top priority is to lead a school community where strong relationships are built, every student’s learning needs are met, and children are prepared to thrive in the 21st century. I look forward to partnering with our incredible staff, families, and community to ensure the very best educational experience for all Terrace students.
