Hello Viking Families!

I am the proud principal of Classical Center at Vial Elementary.  I am very excited about this school year because together, parents, teachers, and staff will support our students to reach their potential.

This school year will be my 18th year in education.  During this time, I have had the honor of serving as principal and assistant principal in the Garland community.  This is my fifth year to serve as principal in Garland ISD.  Prior to joining Garland ISD, I was an elementary classroom teacher for 7 years.  I earned both my Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies in May 2007 and my Masters in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies in December 2013 at The University of Texas in Arlington.

My personal mission is to support and collaborate with staff so that we can all provide a high-quality education so that all students grow academically and emotionally.
