Council Member Rayl has been a resident of Corinth since 2005. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She currently owns several businesses, including a harm reduction brand, an ankle monitoring company, a debt collection company, a housekeeping company, a consulting firm, and three counseling centers.

Along with her current service as a City Council Member, Mrs. Rayl serves as a board member of the Crime Control and Prevention District, the Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Services District, and the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 3 (TIRZ No. 3). Council Member Rayl has served Corinth on the boards of Keep Corinth Beautiful and the Board of Adjustments and Construction Appeals.
