Councilmember Lindsay Buhler was elected to Place 5 in May 2022. Prior to her election, Ms. Buhler served on the Parks and Recreation Board of Directors from 2015 to 2022, the Municipal Development District (MDD) Board, the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee, and the 2021 Bond Committee. She currently serves as the Council Liaison to Wylie ISD and has a professional background in Product Development, Procurement, and Project Management. Councilmember Buhler and her husband have two children and have lived in Sachse since 2012.
