I began my educational career right here in Frisco ISD in 2006 as a long-term sub at the Student Opportunity Center prior to joining Wakeland High School as a full time science teacher the following year. I have been blessed since then to serve the students and families of the Frisco ISD community in several capacities: Instructional Coach (HHS), Assistant Principal (HHS), Associate Principal (WHS), and FISD Summer School Principal. I joined THE Titan Nation in July of 2022 and I believe that my charge is to provide a safe and welcoming learning environment for our students and to serve as a lead learner in our community. A few other details about me: I earned by Bachelors degree from the University of North Texas and my Masters degree from the University of Texas at Tyler; I married my college sweetheart and we have three amazing children together; and I enjoy cooking homemade meals and playing soccer when I’m able to find some spare time! 🙂
