Mr. Kevin Carbó was first elected to the Mesquite ISD Board of Trustees in 1996, serving continuously until 2014, and was re-elected to the Board in November 2015. He currently serves the City of Mesquite as Assistant Manager of Purchasing. Deeply committed to education and community service, Mr. Carbó’s involvement with Mesquite ISD began in the 1980s through his active participation as a PTA member.

Mr. Carbó and his wife, Jossie, are proud parents of two children, Jessica and Kevin Jr., both of whom attended Mesquite ISD schools from kindergarten through 12th grade and graduated from Mesquite High School. They are also the delighted grandparents of three grandchildren
