Native Texan Kelly and her husband Frank decided to relocate to Anna in 2013, drawn to the city’s small-town charm and sense of community. Since then, Kelly has actively participated in numerous city boards, commissions, and task forces, most recently as the Chairwoman of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Her involvement in these boards highlights her dedication to serving Anna’s neighbors and demonstrates her leadership abilities.
Kelly has become a valuable asset to the community as she works tirelessly to address important issues and advocates for equality. Her years of service reflect a deep-rooted belief in civic duty and a desire to improve the quality of life for all residents of Anna.
Her professional background is in the accounting field. She is also currently involved with the upcoming library. She is a team player and is committed to serving Anna’s neighbors.
