believe every child is essentially a unique human being.  In order to awaken each child’s potential, I will guide teachers as they implement differentiated instruction at all grade levels. Students need a structured environment that encourages them to become explorers. In addition, the learning environment should ensure learning is concrete and memorable by allowing students to use all five senses. My goal is to create a school that fosters lifelong learners
