Originally from Indiana and raised in Southern Illinois, Jill Hawkins has proudly called Texas home for the past 38 years. Since 2003, she and her husband, Bill, have resided in Fairview, where they are deeply rooted in the community.

Jill began her career in business development and practice management within the chiropractic field, gaining experience that later supported her leadership role in the family business, Hawkins Landscape and Lawn Maintenance, Inc.(Now known as Hawkins Landscape and Outdoors). She has been actively engaged in professional and civic organizations for many years, holding multiple committee positions within a prominent North Dallas networking group and earning recognition as Networker of the Year in 2002.

Her community involvement expanded through the Allen Fairview Chamber of Commerce, where she served as Chairperson of the Board of Directors in 2017. Following her Chamber leadership, Jill was appointed to the Town of Fairview’s Economic Development Board. Under her and Bill’s leadership, Hawkins Landscape and Lawn Maintenance was honored as the Chamber’s Small Business of the Year in 2013. The company continues to operate by a guiding principle rooted in the Golden Rule: to treat others as they themselves would wish to be treated.

Jill and Bill are proud parents of three grown children and the joyful grandparents of seven grandchildren.
