Jacob’s entire career as an educator has been in Ector County ISD where he just completed his twelfth year. For the past seven years, he has been the principal at Cameron Dual Language Elementary. He has also served as an assistant principal at Cameron Dual Language, and a sixth-grade teacher at Ross Elementary.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his master’s degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Texas Permian Basin.

Jacob said that he is excited to learn from the great educators at Juan Seguin Elementary and Grand Prairie ISD. In his spare time, he enjoys movies, college football and spending time with family and friends.
