Mr. Satcher is an educator with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in Elementary Education from Alcorn State University and a Principal Certification in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington.

For 21 years, Mr. Satcher has been a shining example of dedication and passion in the education field.  Starting as a 2nd grade teacher in Greenville, MS,  and later transitioning to Texas where he continued to inspire students in Cedar Hill ISD and Duncanville ISD.  With a passion for leadership and a drive for excellence, he transitioned into administration serving as Assistant Principal at Adams Middle School for 3 years and Dubiski Career High school for 6 years.

For Mr. Satcher, education is not just a job, but a calling.  He believes in the power of education to change lives and foster growth, both in and out of the classroom.  When he is not working, he cherishes time with his family – wife Ayanna, children Zaynah, Raina, and Josiah, and their loyal dog Scout.
