Councilmember Frank Millsap was elected to Place 3 of the City Council in November 2020. Councilmember Millsap previously served on the Tax Increment Financing #1 Board (TIF), the Zoning Board of Adjustment, and the 2013 Charter Review Commission. Councilmember Millsap has an Associate of Arts Degree from Muskogee Junior College and a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science from Oklahoma State University. He is a retired professor with over 40 years in educational service. Mr. Millsap is the owner of the Sachse Rod Shop and has lived in Sachse for over 40 years with his family.
