Ms. Lampkin is a dedicated educational leader with over a decade of experience in school leadership and student achievement. Since joining Harrell Budd Elementary in November 2024, she has been committed to fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and student engagement to elevate the campus from its current status to a ‘B’ rating or higher.  As an alumna of leadership development programs within Dallas ISD, Ms. Lampkin leverages her training and expertise to implement data-driven strategies, provide instructional leadership, and design innovative programs that empower students and staff alike. Ms. Lampkin holds a Master’s degree in Education Administration and multiple professional certifications. Her leadership style emphasizes building strong relationships, promoting professional growth, and creating a positive, inclusive school environment where students thrive. She is honored to serve the Harrell Budd community and is deeply committed to ensuring every student reaches their full potential.
