Mr. Rodriguez is honored to serve as the new Chancellor of William B. Travis World Language Academy! He brings 17 years of experience in education, including 14 years in the classroom and 3 years in administration as an assistant principal and dean of instruction.

His leadership style combines Servant and Transformational principles, and he firmly believes that data drives instruction and guides our growth. At the core of his educational philosophy is the conviction that all students can and will succeed when held to high academic expectations.

Outside of work, Emanuel cherishes spending time with his family and staying active. He has three wonderful children, Kaden, Allie, and Miranda, with two of them attending Grand Prairie Collegiate Institute.

He is committed to being accessible and supportive to all members of the Travis community.
