Over the past 28 years, I’ve dedicated myself to public education in urban schools. I’ve enjoyed being a classroom teacher for 15 years in both Woonsocket, Rhode Island and Dallas, Texas. From 2014-2017, I served as a Campus Instructional Coach and Assistant Principal at Foster Elementary School in Dallas ISD. Over the past nine years, I’ve had the honor of serving as the principal of Cigarroa Elementary. I love the families in Dallas ISD, and I am grateful for the tremendous amount of community support in Northwest Dallas.
