Mr. DeLeon English was first elected to the School Board in May 2014 filling a one-year term. Prior to being elected as a Trustee, Mr. English served two terms with the Town of Little Elm’s Planning and Zoning Commission as Vice Chair and one term as Town’s Charter Review Committee as Committee Chair. Mr. English’s community involvement includes Little Elm Area Youth Sports Association (LEAYSA) coaching basketball, Charter Member of the Denton County Toastmasters Club and Party Delegate in Denton County. After serving our country in the United States Marine Corps for four and a half years, Mr. English attended the University of Southern California and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business and Information Systems. Currently, Mr. English works as an Engagement Lead for Slalom Consulting. Mr. English and his wife, Yolanda English, have resided in Little Elm since 2002. They have three daughters.
