Houston Elementary is honored to have Dr. Daberechi Okafor as our Principal. A passionate educator and leader, Dr. Okafor holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Tarleton State University and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. She also brings four years of experience as an Assistant Principal, along with certifications in both principalship and superintendency.

As a dedicated wife and proud mother of four boys, Dr. Okafor understands the value of fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment for students to excel. Her vision for Houston Elementary focuses on collaboration, innovation, and empowering every scholar to achieve their highest potential.
