It is my privilege to welcome you to Vanguard High School, a school of choice in Mesquite ISD where students chart their own unique path toward a successful future. Located right here in Mesquite, Texas, Vanguard offers a non-traditional high school experience designed for students who are ready to explore, innovate, and prepare for what’s next.

At Vanguard, students can choose from 15 different programs of study, earn multiple industry-based certifications, and even get a head start on college through dual credit opportunities. We believe learning should connect directly to life beyond the classroom, so in everything we do, we integrate real-world employability skills that will serve our students well into the future. As I like to say, “It’s my job to get you a job.”
