Chris was elected to the Prosper Town Council in May 2022. A twenty-year resident of Collin County, Chris moved to Prosper in 2013 with his wife and three kids. In 2019, he was voted Prosper Volunteer of the Year in Prosper Life and Luxury Magazine. He has been encouraging engagement, sharing public information, and supporting local Prosper businesses/non-profits online since 2015. Prior to being elected, Chris served as a Prosper Planning and Zoning Commissioner from 2019 to 2022. He served as a member of the Collin County Myers Park Advisory Board from 2015 to 2021 and on the Prosper Special Purpose Sales Tax District Committee in 2018. He was also an initial Board Member for the Crime/Fire/EMS Control and Prevention Services Districts. Chris has been a Board Member for Cornerstone NCT since 2017 after being a volunteer since 2014. He acted as League Director for Miracle League Sports from 2015 to 2021. Chris and his family are active members and volunteers at Hope Fellowship (Prosper Campus). Chris holds an MBA from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and is a Certified Continuous Improvement Manager (CCIM) with a 25-plus-year career in telecom.
