Councilmember Lindsey was elected to Place 4 in a Special Runoff Election in February 2020. He currently serves as the Council liaison to the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Tax Increment Financing #1 (TIF) Board. Prior to being elected, Mr. Lindsey served on the Planning and Zoning Commission for five years where he served as Chairman for two years. He is a charter member of the Sachse Community Response Team since 2007, and founder of the Sachse Citizen Corps. Councilmember Lindsey has lived in Sachse since 2004.
