Brayonna is completing her 19th year in education, all of which have been in Grand Prairie Independent School District. Ms. Howard began her career at South Grand Prairie High School, where she served as a teacher and coach for seven years, Assistant Principal and Campus Behavior Coordinator for eight years, and Dean of Students for two years. She has been the Principal of Johnson Discipline Alternative Education Program for the past two years.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Educational Administration degree from the University of North Texas.

Brayonna is honored to have the opportunity to serve the students, staff, families, and all stakeholders of Crosswinds Accelerated High School. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and exploring new cultures through travel and shopping.
