Hi Weaver Family! It is my highest honor to lead our school. I grew up going to school in Garland and came right back after I finished college. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies EC-6, and a Masters Degree in Educational Administration, PK-12. I am thankful for the opportunity to give back to the community that gave so much to me during my younger years. This is my third year serving as Principal at Weaver. Prior to that, I served as the Assistant Principal at Weaver for two years. I have taught Kindergarten, 1st grade, 3rd grade, 4th grade, and 5th grade. I was also an Intervention Specialist for two years. I am married to my high school sweetheart, and we have four beautiful children who all attend GISD schools. We enjoy finding new restaurants and are active in our local church. We stay busy with baseball, rock climbing, basketball and gymnastics.

I love working with children to instill lifelong skills that will help them academically, socially, and emotionally. Building strong relationships with students, families, and community members is a core value to me and I am eager to serve our students and staff to continue the growth at Weaver.
