I am honored to serve as the principal of Hudson Middle School and the Sachse community, which is known far and wide for its dedication to excellence, but more importantly, to children. I have earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from the University of California of Irvine, a Master’s degree in Education from University of California of Los Angeles, and a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Southwestern College in Kansas. This is my 20th year in education, and thirteen of those years are with GISD. I have served as a science teacher and as an instructional coach at North Garland High School. I also served as an Assistant Principal at MacArthur High School, and Garland High School.
I believe that it is important to stand firm on the belief that every student can be successful. I also believe that it is crucial to be fair in the treatment of everyone and be flexible for the ability of meeting the needs of all those involved in the academic success of students. I am committed to implementing a shared vision where every student can and will be successful. I look forward to working together with parents, staff, and the community to ensure our Hudson Hawks surpass their potential as learners, exceling in their social development, and foster a love for lifelong learning.
