My name is Anna Coutant, and I am honored to serve as the principal of Northlake Elementary. With over 15 years in education, I bring experience from both elementary and middle school settings, including roles as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, instructional coach, and most recently, assistant principal at Forest Meadow Junior High.

Northlake has a long-standing tradition of academic excellence, strong community involvement, and a supportive school culture. I am committed to continuing that legacy by fostering high expectations, building strong relationships, and celebrating student growth every step of the way.

My husband Greg and I are both proud Lake Highlands graduates, and we feel so fortunate to raise our four children in this wonderful community. As a parent and an educator, I deeply value the partnership between school and home.

I look forward to working together to make the 2025–2026 school year one filled with growth, joy, and success for every student.
