Amy is a West Texas girl from San Angelo, TX and grew up to value faith, family and friendships. She and her family moved to Prosper in 2008. Amy has been married to Wayne Bartley for 25 years and they have one daughter, Kelsie Bartley, who graduated from Prosper High School in 2017. Amy was elected to the Prosper Town Council in November, 2020. Her community service activities include previous terms on the Parks and Recreation Board, Planning and Zoning Commission, Prosper Education Foundation Board, and the PISD Bond Committee, and she currently volunteers with Cornerstone Assistance Network NCT. Amy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Howard Payne University and currently works in real estate with her husband. In her downtime she loves to travel, attend sporting events (mostly college football games with Wayne), spend time at the lake with family and friends and read.
